Arriving at Queswachaca located at (3,600 masl.) We will have the opportunity to visit its ancestral bridge, which is an architectural and cultural heritage of the Incas, the Inca bridge of Queswachaca is built on the majestic Apurimac river, located in the province of Canas .
Pick up at your selected location between 4:30-5:00 am and head towards the famous Qeswachaka Bridge (south of Cusco). On the way, you will pass through the beautiful landscape. You will have the chance to stop at beautiful scenic lakes and other lookout points and have the opportunity to take pictures and enjoy the scenery.
After this, you will continue past Yanaoca until arriving at the Qeswachaka rope bridge (3,700 masl / 12,139 feet and approx. 33 meters long and 1.20 meters wide). This bridge every year is renewed by hand, using straw by the inhabitants of the area. You will have a chance to walk over the bridge and take photos (unless instructed otherwise).
Mid-afternoon, you will begin your return trip back to Cusco and stop for the included lunch. After lunch, you will continue the drive back to Cusco. You will be dropped off near Cusco`s main Plaza de Armas @ approx. 5:30 pm. (Times can vary).
